Custom Painting Studio attended the 2nd Annual Rodding for Reading Car and Motorcycle Show in Cambridge this past weekend. The Lead Kings Car Club hosted the show, and an amazing time was had by all!
The most amazing part of the Charity show is that over $9,000 was raised for The Literacy Group of Waterloo Region!
The show was held at the Portuguese Club of Cambridge, it was such an awesome site for a show, the club was surrounded by tree's, you felt like you were in the middle of the forest. The tree's also provided tons of needed shade on a hot day.
The food was provided by Ali's Bar and Grill of Cambridge, and it was some of the best burgers and sausages we have ever had, they even provided ice cold water for free!
There was a great variety of vendors, something could be found for everyone. Michael's had an incredible shaded craft table that my daughter visited many times through out the show. She enjoyed the face painting, and was particularly proud of the bookmark and key chain she made there.
Our friend Dan, of Danno's Black Heart Designs was there and I got a few pictures of him in action! If you ever need some pinstriping or sign art, he's your man!
The was also some really cool prizes to be won, everything from tools and BBQ's to Fine Art, and even some prizes for the kids!
All in all this was an incredible show, and Custom Painting Studio hopes to be there again next year!
